​Experience an invigorating practice of gentle movement that’s focused on circulating your cerebrospinal fluid, breath work for nervous system regulation, relaxation techniques so you can drop deeply into your body, guided imagery focused on clearing and optimizing your energetic field with an exploratory meditation lift off towards the end. You’ll leave this container having created the space for clarity, feeling deeply relaxed and a sense of connectedness to yourself and the universe around you.

Crystal Clear is offered as a 1:1 remote or in person session, a public class to be hosted by a studio, center or other location, a private class to be hired as an artist for your event (birthdays, intimate gatherings, corporate, etc.) and as a customizable private wellness retreat with access to all of my services in one container. The 1:1 container looks a little different than the class container, refer to the Healing Arts page for more detailed information on the 1:1 container.

This offering comes with an optional Crystal Clear Kit, curated with programmed and charged crystal beings, botanical medicines and mists which can be customized for your intention or theme.
