Crystal Clear 1:1
This potent energy experience is an invigorating practice of gentle movement that’s focused on circulating your cerebrospinal fluid, breath work for nervous system regulation, relaxation techniques so you can drop deeply into your body, guided imagery focused on clearing and optimizing your energetic field with an exploratory meditation lift off towards the end. Included in the 1:1 sessions is a spoken activation, clearing and shielding which is not included in the class container. We seal the session with grounding and take some time to talk about the session and integration techniques you may use. For the home session, I include soothing craniosacral techniques, decompressing your nervous system, boosting your immune system and releasing any stress or tension. You’ll leave this container having created the space for clarity, feeling deeply relaxed and a sense of connectedness to yourself and the universe around you.

Decompression Session
A relaxing and brain optimizing session focused on decompressing your nervous system with craniosacral and massage techniques. Craniosacral therapy helps circulate cerebrospinal fluid in your nervous system and release any restrictions or blockages. It also bolsters immune response and can assist in sinus pressure relief. Service enhanced with head, neck and shoulder massage releasing muscle tension, melting away stress and helping to circulate lymph cells for a healthy immune response.

I offer my signature Crystal Clear class, gentle movement classes with a combination of yoga and mat pilates, sacred ceremonies and rituals as well as 1:1 healing sessions as a luxurious customizable one day or weekend retreat with a la carte options or package deals. I am a mobile massage therapist meaning that I offer sessions in the comfort of your home. In an effort to work with all beings who wish to receive the 1:1 services I facilitate, I offer a sliding scale. If my rates are out of your budget but you feel called to work with me, please email me and we can discuss options. Please refrain from using any fragrances or parfum such as perfume, scented candles, plug in diffusers, very strong deodorant or anything else that emits a strong scent on the day of your appointment. Regular deep tissue (60 or 90 mins), prenatal (60 or 90 mins) and lymphatic drainage (60 or 90 mins) massage are also available. My service areas are: Fairfield County, Litchfield County, Duchess County, Putnam County and Westchester County and occasionally Los Angeles County. Traveling outside of these service areas is subject to an additional fee.
